Credit Card ओर Debit Card के सिक्योरिटी को लेकर बदलाव किए गए नियम के बारें में जाने।


दोस्तो हमारे देश मे 2014 के बाद जबसे अम्बानी ने Jio के फ्री INTERNET सर्विस का ऑफर दिया था, उस दिन से हमारे देश मे डिजिटल छेत्र में क्रांति आ गयी, कुछ भी चीज़ रातोरात धड़ल्ले से प्रशिद्ध हों जाती है ओर अगले ही दिन पूरा भारत उसे जानने लगता है। दोस्तो Internet का अपने मोबाइल में ज्यादा इस्तेमाल के कारण हम नुख्सान उठा रहे हैं। Android Playstore पर बहुत ऐसी App है जो आपसे परमिशन के नाम पर आपकी ऐसी प्राइवेसी से समझौता कर लेती है जिससे कि आपकी आपके मोबाइल में छुपी हुई गुप्त जानकारी उनतक उन अप्प के द्वारा पहुँच जाती है, ओर फिर आपको ब्लैकमेल करके या आपके details से आपको कॉल करके आपके डेबिट कार्ड या क्रेडिट कार्ड से पैसे ले जाएगा और उसके बाद आपका बैंक एकाउंट खाली हो जाएगा। तो बैंक एकाउंट कस्टमर को मद्देनजर रखते हुए RBI यह नियम लाया गया है।

डिजिटल ट्रांजेक्शन से जुड़े फ्रॉड पर रोक लगाने के लिए रिजर्व बैंक के नए नियम 16 मार्च (सोमवार) से लागू हो जाएंगे। इन नियमों से डेबिट और क्रेडिट कार्ड के दुरुपयोग पर रोक लगाने में मदद मिलेगी। आरबीआई ने इस संबंध में जनवरी 2020 में अधिसूचना जारी की थी। ये नियम सभी डेबिट-क्रेडिट कार्ड (फिजिकल और वर्चुअल) पर लागू होंगे। यानी कि जो आप अपने Debit card या Credit की डिटेल्स जो paytm या phonepe के माध्यम से जो पैसा किसी third party या merchant को pay करते है, उन यूजर के लिए उनकी security के उधेश्य के लिए ये नए नियम लागू होंगे।

हालांकि, यह नए नियम प्रीपेड गिफ्ट कार्ड्स और मेट्रो कार्ड पर लागू नहीं होंगे। आरबीआई ने बैंकों से कहा है कि वे डेबिट-क्रेडिट कार्ड जारी/फिरसे जारी करते समय उन्हें केवल भारत में एटीएम और प्वाइंट ऑफ सेल (पीओएस) टर्मिनल्स पर ट्रांजेक्शन के लिए सक्रिय करें। नए नियम के अनुसार केवल अब डेबिट-क्रेडिट कार्ड के साथ सिर्फ एटीएम और पीओएस टर्मिनल पर इस्तेमाल करने की सुविधा मिलेगी। यानी कि आप अपने एकाउंट के पैसे ATM Debit card या फिर credit card सिर्फ और सिर्फ पैसे को शॉपिंग या किसी ओर खरीदारी के लिहे मॉल या शॉप में PoS मशीन द्वारा स्वाइप करके Payment कर सकते है या फर ATM मशीन से ही पैसे निकाल पाने के लिए इस्तेमाल करने के लिए बेहतर होगा और सरकार लोगो को सिर्फ और सिर्फ ऐसे debit card ओर credit card को ATM मशीन से पैसे निकालने ओर PoS मशीन पर स्वाइप करके इस्तेमाल करने के लिए प्रेरित करेगी।


 अगर आप डेबिट-क्रेडिट कार्ड ग्राहक हैं और आपने अभी तक अपने कार्ड से कोई ऑनलाइन ट्रांजेक्शन, कॉन्टेक्टलेस ट्रांजेक्शन या इंटरनेशनल ट्रांजेक्शन नहीं किया है तो कार्ड पर ये सेवाएं 16 मार्च से अपने आप बंद हो जाएंगी। रिजर्व बैंक ने सभी बैंकों से कहा है कि वे मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन, लिमिट मोडिफाई करने के लिए नेट बैंकिंग विकल्प और इनेबल व डिसेबल सेवा सप्ताह के सातों दिन चौबीसों घंटे उपलब्ध करवाएं। साफ़ सब्दो में RBI ने ये कहा है कि अगर आपके पास एटीएम Debit card ओर Credit Card है और आप उसका इस्तेमाल नही कर रहे हैं तो ये सेवाएं आपके ATM ओर 16 मार्च से बंद कर दी जाएगी।


 ग्राहक अगर अपने कार्ड के स्टेटस में कोई बदलाव करते हैं या कोई अन्य करने की कोशिश करता है तो बैंक एसएमएस/ई-मेल के जरिए ग्राहक को अलर्ट करेगा और सूचना भेजेगा। इससे तुरंत आपको ये पता चल जाएगा कि कोई आपके एकाउंट के ATM Debit card ओर Credit Card से अगर कोई illegal तरीक़े से पैसे निकालने की छेड़छाड़ करता है तो आपको तुरंत पता चल जाएगा जिसके बाद आप अपने Debit card या Credit card का PIN चेंज करके अपने जमा की हुई बैंक में राशि को सुरक्षित रख सकते है।
